COULD YOUR RUN 10K FOR ORPHANS?

How fit are you? How do you fancy running 10K for orphans? Well this
is your opportunity to get fit and help the Sadeeqa Orphanage Trust
project by running 10K at the BUPA Great Capital Run 2009 in Central
London. The run will take place on the morning of Sunday 26th July
2009 and will be for runners of all abilities.
